Exchange and Returns policy

Andes Coffee is committed with our costumer satisfaction.We encourage our clientele to approach us if there is something wrong with your order. Alternatively you could contact us by our website using the message tool.  To do so please email us to admin@andescoffeecorp.com.  

• Full price products can be exchanged for store credit or a refund as long as the product and packaging hasn't been opened or damaged. 
• All returns and claims must be made 48 hours after the costumer has received the goods in writing via email.
• When submitting a claim, the original receipt or evidence of purchase and photos of the received product must be provided in order to validate and process the claim.
• If goods are being returned to us, you must send the original receipt with your order. 
• When refund is provided, please note that postage will be deducted from the refunded amount. Any customer that received a shipment discount or free shipment deal will get the full postage cost deducted from their refund unless it amounts to our free shipping minimum .
