 The time frames for delivery, provided by Andes Coffee, are only approximations and are subject to changes depending on the postal company policies and any unforeseen events.  Most deliveries are expected to be within 5-10 business days from dispatch date.

 We do our best to ensure our products are packed and dispatch in optimum condition to minimize any damage.

If there are any issues with your order and we are struggling to dispatch it for any unexpected reasons or events, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details that you have provided. Please make sure to enter the correct information for your delivery.

Andes Coffee will not be held  accountable for any delivery that is missing or lost as a result of inaccurate delivery address  provided to us by our customers.
